Kfc - Kittanning

I absolutely loved the food! It was fantastic and very filling! The extra crispy chicken was amazing, and the coleslaw tasted almost homemade! I did ask for plates, but I never received any, and I also didn’t get straws for my drinks. On the bright side, I did get plenty of disposable forks, spoons, and napkins, so that was nice!

Every item I've ordered from here has consistently arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as requested.

I received my order with more than half of the items missing, including two drinks, a side dish, the pot pie for the pot pie fill-up, and all of our dips (ranch and BBQ). They didn’t even offer to reimburse us for the missing items.

I arrived to find there was no chicken ready, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a 16-piece order. When I finally got the chicken, the skin wasn't even crispy. It's hard to understand why there wouldn't be chicken prepared at 5:30 PM, especially since it's what the restaurant is known for. On a side note, I noticed one of your employees had a Fox's pizza delivered to the store, which looked really good. It's disappointing to see the people cooking the chicken opting for pizza instead.

The food was tasty, but I would prefer my chicken sandwich without pickles.
