Ye's Sushi - Kitchener

Our family loves coming to this restaurant and we usually do so on an empty stomach. There is so much assortment of food, and it’s all delicious including the sushi! The staff is great and quick.

Ordered take out- came to pick up my order; was entirely wrong (attempted to charge me for an entire party platter), missed items I actually ordered. When I drove back and questioned them- they were IGNORANT. Wouldn’t give me a receipt. Claiming I ordered the...platter. Yelling in my face, two of them at me at once. The most disgraceful behaviour I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. I demanded a refund and kept the correct item in my order. They took back the platter (even during covid) and threw it out in a garbage right in front of me. Not once did they apologize for any error. We order from here all the time- and it’s safe to say I will now never be back after that experience.

Employee VAPING in the restaurant!! Food was good as always... just happen to look over near where the guy at the throng desk takes your name and how many people and seen him kneeling down vaping in the restaurant!! This is extremely WRONG in so...many ways!! Should maybe call the health inspection agency!! Not cool!!

The tofu was terrible, way to wet.. the order was missing stuff things we had order even when they confirmed.

We were in the mood for some Sushi and stopped at this place in Kitchener. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. First I will start with the service...not good at all. The waitresses literally drop the food on the table without so...much as a smile. Most of the hot food arrived cold. The onion rings were so cold we sent them back. The server looked at us like we had two heads when we asked for fresh ones. The food was mediocre at best. Everything was bland and the rolls we ordered all tasted the same. Nearly inedible. The tempura sauce was so watered down it had no flavour at all. Miso soup was flat and lifeless. Hubby ordered a sliver of cheesecake and it came to the table FROZEN! It was probably the worst meal we ever had. They really need to up their game. Normally we are good tippers, but these servers literally could care less if you enjoy the dining experience or not. We left a tip only because we are not rude, but even that amount was not deserved. Wish we could get that hour and back! Horrible!
