Issue with mobile app prevented me from placing an order because the 12 sandwich button was missing from all of the selections. Called store and they said they would help me, just to come in so I did. When I get there, the girl behind the counter refuses to help unless I buy the cheapest nastiest sub on the menu and the BOGO sub has to be a cold cut...... This is horrible service and feels like a scam. I then call out the company in a helpdesk ticket for the app for falsely offering a BOGO on any sandwhich, but not honouring it, and ask for them to contact me back, and they proceeded to delete my Subway app account.... so.... I would HIGHLY recommend going to Mr Sub instead. Less of a scam and they won't treat you like garbage when you call them out on their scam.

It's a franchised sub shop. Everything is somewhat the same every time you go. Staff are friendly although occasionally I find one that does not want to cut my sub the way I like it. (In 3 pieces, footlong). Ingredients are the same every time. Occasionally, the staff need to pay better attention and throw away brown or wilting veggies. I understand food cost, but it does drive away repeat business seeing ugly looking lettuce and other veggies.
