Subway - Kitchener

This restaurant is perfect if you need quick service. The sandwiches are decent and are prepared quickly. The staff is friendly and courteous. They also have a great variety of options to choose from.

This was the worst Subway I have ever visited. I ordered the meatball sub and was disappointed to find only 5 meatballs in it. They skimped on the meat and filled the sandwich with sauce instead. The toppings were also very sparse. I will not be returning to this location.

How do you mess up a Subway ... I mean, they are all pretty much the same, right? Well ... there are variable like service, cleanliness, etc. The food is fine, nothing better or worse that your typical Subway. The place is not busy when I visit, and the girl behind the counter is nice enough.My concern with this Subway -- their Microwave oven broke. Instead of fixing the oven, they left it broken for months ... and staff told me there were no plans to fix it. Hmmm ... no heated subs (other than toasting). After a little better than a month, it was fixed, and I went back a few times. I have other Subway options, so I try to avoid this one when I can. They inconvenienced my morning ritual, and when there are so few differences between franchises, that's all it took.

My family and I have been regulars at this Subway for quite some time now. Honestly, we don't find ourselves going anywhere else when we are in the neighborhood.
