McDonald's - Kitchener

We met up with friends for breakfast but for some reason there were many people standing around waiting for their order. People were getting frustrated at the long wait after they ordered their food & some even walked out before ordering. Their staff seemed confused & very disorganized with only a couple of staff members getting things done. Like so many fast food places with a drive through, that seems to be where the priority for the staff is. To heck with the customers who come inside & order more than a coffee & muffin to go.

The grandchildren loved playing here and of course eating. Clean and great staff. Friendly and happy to serve you.

I have been to this location many times as it is on my route to work. Most of my visits have been in the morning. I have found they are usually understaffed, the kitchen is in udder chaos and so dirty. Once the required amount of staff gets fixed they can start training their staff to organize work. i.e. waiting on an egg mcmuffin? go ahead and prepare the coffee someone is waiting too long for. Sorry Lots to be worked on here. Oh ya be friendly your in the service industry

This location is not on Hampton Inn's list of food choices close by. Had to google it. But glad I found it just down the street from Hampton Inn in Kitchener. Clean, no line up, in and out. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly.
