Our family’s favourite ice cream shop. The staff at this branch are always so friendly, efficient and accommodating. The fridge is always well-stocked with freshly prepared ice cream cake and litres.

Rude employees, awful overall service and also cleanliness is awful. They need to scrape the counter better after each customer. Got some sort of sauce on my ice cream that I DID NOT ASK FOR. Some ppl have restrictions or allergies so they need to be more careful.

Poor packing by the girls who packaged the expensive ice cream.When asked why they can't pack ice cream with a lid, they said we don't have one lid and owner doesn't allow.Result is another spill off of ice cream.Shame on you owner.
