Harvey's - Kitchener

I went to this location I had large buffalo poutine and it was fantastic and staff was very polite and it was best food i’ve ever had.

I came through the drive thru the other night to get some poutines. Who ever was working that day placed the poutines on their sides in the bag. Obviously gravy leaked out of the bag, it soaked the bottom of the bag and gravy went all over my passenger seat, and the food went all over my console and seat when I lifted the bag.I returned the next day to rectify the problem. I asked for a refund and was denied. I insisted I speak to their manager and they asked me to wait for a minute while they contacted them. I waited 30 minutes before I got my refund, and no apology. I will never go back to this place, never have I been treated so poorly.

This place is amazing. They maintain good hygiene,behaviour of staff is its best than other restaurants.and good quality of food, staff nature is so friendly.

Harvey's has gone down hill. Burger was very small for the Angus burger. The bun was twice as big as the burger. The fires and onion rings were

Their Scene points make the meal very reasonable that every time I purchase a meal from here I gat charged so less. Sometimes I have my lunch from drive through.
