Harvey's - Kitchener

It must have been the franchisee working the cash and he was friendly and helpful. An Angus combo and kid burger combo came to 12 bucks. Mickey Ds is twice that price for garbage. Food was good - standard Harvey and tasty but this franchisee raised the bar. A lady left her expensive sunglasses on the counter and he went to every table until the owner was found. Lots of thanks and smiles all around . We were wrapping up our lunch and he dropped a hot apple pie at the table for my daughter. She at it in the car and said that was delicious I'm stuffed. The Sunday before Christmas is stressful - this dude eased everyone's pain. Great work.

Popped in through the drive thru. Young woman was very friendly and efficient. Got the order correct including my extra pickles.

My friend and I stopped for lunch at this Harvey's and we both were delighted at the fast and friendly service. The staff was GREAT. We placed our orders and the Angus Burger combo for me was delivered to the serving station almost immediately. My friends order of the Crispy Chicken Wrap was also quickly served. The person who was at the condiments station was very friendly and quick with the service of the various items that we wanted for our meals.It was a pleasure to find a fast food place where the staff was so well trained and happy to serve up the food for their clients.We will return!

Nice clean friendly place. I like that I can choose what I want on my burger. I Accidentally gave them an expired coupon and the cashier didn't blink an eye lash and happily took it, her comment was we are gratefull to have you as a customer. The food was hot and the wait time was very short. I will be back.
