I inquired about whether the gluten-free pizza was prepared in the same oven as regular gluten pizzas. A manager assured me that the GF pizza is cooked in a separate oven, but gluten desserts are prepared in the same oven in the mornings. The service was excellent!

This place is also called Del’s Italian Kitchen. As soon as the staff learned that I had Celiac disease, they brought out a separate gluten friendly menu, which was quite extensive. After that, they brought out gluten free bread for me with a separate plate of butter….fantastic! For dinner I had Veal Marsala with gluten free pasta which was delicious. Even though it says they are gluten friendly, they make every effort to avoid cross contamination.

They now have a gluten free menu! Including pasta, pizza, and even dessert! Gluten free bread as well for a no charge appetizer! Their cross contact precautions are superb as well!

Great job, always felt secure. The food was so tasty! The staff was very friendly.

Although there was no gluten-free menu available, there were plenty of options to choose from. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious. Additionally, they offer gluten-free bread to start if desired.
