Casey's Grill House & Bvrg - Kitchener

The first time we tried this location was for my Dad's birthday in May 2012, and it was great. We had the pulled pork grilled cheese and it was very tasty. Minor error by the kitchen was quickly corrected with numerous apologies.The second lunch was for my birthday, and it was even better. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, meal was great, and owner/manager went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. We tried the patio, and it was nice and shaded and very comfortable.Will definitely return, and not just for birthdays!

Had the opportunity to check out Casey's in the Sunrise Centre last night. We took advantage of some $10.00 off coupons that came in the mail the past week... We arrived just after 6:30 and waited in the lobby for two minutes before being greeted finally by a hostess... Once seated our waitress arrived and asked for our drink order. She failed to highlight and drink or meal specials (we could see these on the chalkboard)...I got the fish & chips and they were excellent. My friend got the Salmon and also said it was quite good, cooked just the way she liked!Overall the food was really good this time out... Just a bit disappointed by the waitress... she seemed to not really care that we were there, and she took a long time to clear our plates and finally bring us the bill.Will go back... especially with the $10.00 coupons.

We visited the restaurant in the afternoon for their half-price appetizers and they were amazing! We tried nachos, spinach and artichoke dip, and deep-fried pickles. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.
