Boston Pizza - Kitchener

The service was slow even though the restaurant was not busy. They served me an individual-sized pizza but charged me for a small. This experience was consistent with other negative reviews I have read recently. I do not recommend dining here.

Went here as had a $30 GC as part of the Halloween packageIts one of those multi-entertainment centres, and not a true Boston Pizza (similar to Niagara Falls).Was mess on the floor, but that's the norm in these places as so many people are coming and going. Our server was extremely nice, and the food was actually really good, if not expensive (over $60 for a medium pizza and 2 drinks).The issue was the what I assume was manager (man who kept running back from the check in area to the tables telling everyone what to do).He sat us, and made sure we knew many of the tables were dirty (could of been left out), then every time our server came near us he stopped her to tell her something, really felt like staff in general was avoiding him. I also did not see him lift a plate, cup, spoon, food order or pick up a piece of garage, he just leered at the wait staff.Please leave the staff alone so they can serve our $30 medium pizza, multiple times saw him put his hand up to block a server with warm food to share whatever managerial experience he had.

This restaurant was a disaster. Our group of 8, including 4 young children, waited 45 minutes for our food and drinks. When we asked for an update, the waiter had no idea what was going on. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and we still didn't have our drinks. We asked to speak to the manager twice, but they never showed up. It was a chaotic experience, and despite having organized multiple corporate events here in the past, I am now hesitant to do so again. The lack of remorse from the wait staff was disappointing. I rarely complain about restaurants, but this experience was too much. And to top it off, this all happened at 4pm when the restaurant wasn't even busy. If you don't have at least 2 hours to spare, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Worse food ever! Had to send the shrimp back it was sooo salty, and I love salt. The pizza was blah at best and we got two different ones, the pop was flat and the wings were rubbery, while the pasta tasted like the sausage had gone bad. Then, to make matters worse, after not eating or taking home 3/4 of the food that was left, both the mens and the ladies washrooms had absolutely NO paper towels. Disgusting, honestly!

This restaurant was the worst. My family and I visited a few weeks ago, where we were told there would be a half-hour wait. I noticed that the restaurant only had half of its seats filled, so I assumed they were short-staffed. However, more people began to come in and were seated before us. After waiting for almost the half-hour mark, we were informed by the staff that a wedding party of 75 had booked the restaurant, even though they don't take reservations. It would have been helpful to know this information beforehand while we were waiting patiently, hungry, and unsure when we would be able to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I will not be returning to this establishment again.
