I am a frequent customer at this store, appreciating its exceptional hygiene and friendly staff. In particular, TINKLE stands out; she consistently remembers my order, prepares my bowl just the way I like it, and maintains a warm smile even during busy hours. It's a must-visit for both excellent food and customer service.

I tried their veggie bowl of beans rice, loved it. The quantity and quality of the food was good.

My partner and I ordered food at the restaurant. However, their credit/debit machine was not working, and we were asked to transfer money to an employee's personal bank account to pay for our meal (which is not technically legal due to tax purposes). The whole process was lengthy and extremely unprofessional.

My coworker and I come here for dinner every Sunday at 5:00. The last three times we have had the same server taking our order. The last two times, she has mistakenly given us old frozen shrimp instead of crispy chicken. The third time, she simply started serving black beans without checking with us first. Additionally, she still hasn't mastered how to use the POS system after more than 3 weeks. I believe I would be better off spending my money at Subway.
