I've found it pretty challenging to place orders through the app recently. I've also noticed that Wendy's fills their coffee cups only about two-thirds full. I wouldn't describe anyone as rude; it seems more like a corporate policy that limits the amount of coffee served.
I've never had issues with my order or the service in-house, but whenever I order online through Uber Eats or DoorDash, I'm consistently missing items. It's not just small things; these are burgers or chicken sandwiches. I've asked my driver to double-check the items before they leave, and they have often needed to return to the restaurant to collect the missing items, so it’s not the driver's fault. I wouldn’t recommend using an online service to order food from here if you can avoid it.
Endes open. parking space available. some employees are not very friendly. filz rushed to the order. food (dender and pommes) were at room temperature. review on the basis of personal experience and the items consumed on the day of the visit.
Drive through experience was terrible! Girl working the window had absolutely no patience and customer service skills. What happened is too detailed to write in this post.
