Taco Bell - Kissimmee

Horrible experience today.No drive thru and most of the menu unavailable.Order my NachoBell grande with extra meet. It turned out smaller than the regular order. that's after wating about 30 minutes for my order.

I’ve heard about meeting or exceeding customer expectations before but I’ve also heard of taking care of your employees while doing so the manager around 8pm on Tuesday seems like no one likes her as a boss while I was there based on when I heard her voice was constantly rushing her employees and I could see the kitchen was full of employees at 1st I thought nothing of it that was until I took the 1st bite of my food each piece had food falling out of it I’ve had tacos before that falls out now and again and I’m never a fan I feel like I’m eating like a slob although I enjoyed my meal there was room for improvement

Isn't it the law in Florida to have access to a restroom at food places?Finally got one of the guys in the kitchen to open up the restroom. Is it really that much of a problem down here that they have to lock the restroom and you have to ask permission to use it? Sorry, that's the main reason I would walk in rather than using the drive-thru!

Great service, but sometimes their tacos are sad. You don't feel them well and that's all we order like 13 of them every time.

The food was good. Cashier might have a little more personality. She wasn't very friendly. Otherwise it was good.
