Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe management at this restaurant is terrible! The service was slow, with customers waiting over 35 minutes for their food which ended up being cold. I had to ask the manager to have my food remade fresh. The kitchen seemed chaotic. I came all the way from Houston to dine here because we don't have this restaurant anymore, which is disappointing for a popular burger place.
We thought the wait would be short when we saw only one car in front of us at the drive-thru and the parking lot was half empty, but we were wrong. It took ten minutes to pay after ordering, and when we received our drinks, there was no label to indicate which was which. The drinks were the same color, so we had to smell them to figure it out. We paid at 6:45, it's now 7:10 and we're still waiting for our food. We finally got our food at 7:15. The fries and onion rings were hot and fresh, but we haven't tried the burgers yet. When we got home, we realized that all three burgers were singles, not the double we ordered. Only one had the garlic sauce we requested. It's understandable they make the food as ordered, but the waiting time was excessive for a drive-thru.
I've been on my drink for 20 minutes and no one will help me. this tussi went to get her and never came back. food was made at 10:24 o'clock, now it's 10:50 and I'm finally having cold food and my drinks. So tried this place again and not only did they not give me my online order would not speak with m man on the phone that ordered it they gave me a cold burger and half filled fire. When I started talking to my man, they always talked to me and said that he wanted his phone there because the order number would not work, or that it was set for 1 o'clock the next day that they refused to help. this place is godliness they act as if they don't understand what's going on and refuse to help someone. I hate going here. I avoid this place also for door-to-door orders.
How is it that I had more costume service to them, then they did to the costumers. the only nice one was the manager, the woman was not the type. this hired one laughed here because they screwed up my order. then I wait 40 minutes for my order. over the 15 minutes for the first order. poor costumer service
We stopped by on a late Saturday night and we couldn’t believe our ears. The gentleman taking our order was so polite and professional all the way to the gentleman that brought our food to the car. So uncommon in the fast food industry. Big props to that night crew.
