Miami Grill - Kissimmee

I experienced very poor and rude service at the front desk. The staff was cursing and complaining about being understaffed, and it was a day before Thanksgiving! While I understand the stress, it was still unacceptable. I had ordered my food online; otherwise, I would have left this place. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

The food here is incredibly flavorful. My wife ordered the steak gyro, which was tender and perfectly seasoned. I opted for the cheesesteak, and it was cheesy, soft, and absolutely delicious. The standout feature was definitely the bread—fantastic! The food does take some time to prepare, but that's because the cooks start cooking only after you place your order. You can really tell the food was made fresh right before it reached our table. The staff is doing an outstanding job managing the restaurant, especially considering how few of them there are and how busy it gets.

I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. I traveled three hours just to try the food, and honestly, I could cry right now. I spent $65 on a meal that I’m just going to throw away. I would have been better off going to McDonald's. Save your money! The mother Ella sticks were incredibly salty, and the wing sauce tasted like a mix of peanuts and vomit.

First off they never answer the drive thru if they have more than 2 customers, this is the second time I came here because nothing in Kissimmee is open or decent to eat. The manager could be a bit more productive if he?d go help his staff instead of yelling at them, you guys have really good food when it?s not cold and half cooked. Best Greek salad you can find out here (just like a NY deli) but please get it together There weren?t but 5 customers in the store and it still took an hour for food that?s already prepared. And now I?m warming my food up at home because it came cold in the restaurant and I didn?t have the energy to go back and forth with the manager who tried to be snappy in the beginning before I put him right in his place with a smile and some kind words

Just ordered this place from uber eats. I'm not sure what five year old made this. But he forgot to add decent ingredients. This is 90 bread... Ordered 4 subs and they're all like this. Keep up the hard work gents. You're killing it out there!
