Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

We had the Cobb salad and chicken pancake. Both very good and a decent price for meals.

Morning layer is always very helpful and beautiful, the lady with the blonde hair seems like a big manager. Night shift not so much. All Teens are very rude and they like to talk garbage in Spanish thinking that we don't understand.

It was horrible yesterday at 5.30 a.m., the drive-thru line was so long and as soon as I reached to place my order, I had to wait for a few minutes until some finally reacted to my order. I don't know if they were little staff, but after I waited so long and other people waited to get food there, I had to go so I wouldn't be late for work. These McDonald's by Heritage Park in 192 have to hire more employees to accommodate them customers.

Worst service ever! Almost 20 minutes to make a caramel wrap, order a medium frit and it was only halfway filled. My Daugther chickens Nuggets were cold and there were 2 of them missing, we ordered a 6 pieces and got L 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). Management never apologized. Will not be back to this McDonald.

This is one of our favorite locations ? Everyone is always friendly and they keep it very clean!
