Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Absolutely terrible. the burgers without senf ordered and they had senf in, the pommes were stone cold. we were a few miles on the road when we found out, and due to the massive waiting queue we could not be harassed to return! a complaining directly to mcdonalds is submitted.

Worst McDonald 's in the Kissimmee area! If i could give their employees and their MANAGER on the floor today a zero, I WOULD! It 's 08/07/22 at 6:15pm. My party and I dined in and not just our orders were messed up and incomplete, apparently so was everyone else 's coming and going. It took these useless employees and the manager 30 minutes to complete our order AFTER receiving partial of our order. One of the employees even took our receipt and then asked us 'Is that what you ordered? ' IT 'S ON THE RECEIPT! They don 't even deserve close to $13 an hour and that manager was major garbage when ignoring us to complete the order. These people can 't even read the receipts on the trays! And to also mention, some employees began getting mad because more customers kept coming in and so they started locking the door and not letting people inside but then got mad when people were trying to leave and they had to help unlock the door, one guy associate slammed the door locked it. Just go to a different location.

I step out to smoke while my daughter finished her food one of clerks said her name was maria. Came out to tell me I had to leave the property. I told her I would when my daughter had finished eating I said she 8 I'm not leaving her here alone. And try to stop me from reentering the restaurant to get my child telling me her mom could get her. I told her I'm a single father and a paying Customer. She responded rudely with comments about my desist wife. I was talk to like I was trash in front of my child and my daughter was upset and affended about comments about made about her mom

After waiting 20 minutes in a long line, I finally got to the order kiosk. The man proceeded to tell me that they were closed. After I brought up the fact that they're a 24hr McDonalds, he repeated they were closed and refused service. There were about 10 cards behind me.

My burger and french fries were fresh. The french fries were not overly salted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dining room and bathrooms are clean.
