Worst service EVER!!! I tried to call corporate and they didn 't wet either, after I immediately called the store to complain. Monday 08/22/22, my brothers gf was ordering my brother food and she asked for bbq sauce, they didn 't have any so she said okay regular works the. told my mom to pull forward and then we got to the window to pay and the immature young fella said you want us to close the store?! im refusing service and she thought he was joking and said oh yeah you deserve a break . He walked away and came back and said no im serious im refusing service pull forward. My mom left because she thought he would spit in my brothers food. Whoever he was needs to be fired and corporate needs to get a hold of their phone. The most out of body dumb experience i 've ever been in. 0 stars should be an option.

We are only here in Kissimmee for a week and decided to stop by on the way home for dinner. We ended up ordering one of the family meals. Didn't check the order before leaving.(My bad) And we got home and realized they didn't give us any gravy ! Any KFC meal without their gravy was such a disappointment. How can you not add gravy with any full bucket meal ! I Shouldn't have to check to make sure all the correct stuff is in the bag. It's their JOB!! Four thumbs down ????

I never felt so mistreated in my life. We arrived at 9:30PM, and it closed at 10PM. they asked us to leave. I asked them not to treat me badly, and they started treating me worse. complete outrage.

Really nice location, they was fast, the service was exceptional
