Hokkaido Chinese Japanese Buffet

When we first arrived, we noticed that the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The worst aspect, however, was the service. A young man who assisted us was visibly upset when we requested a cleaner table, and he never came back to clear our plates. Other diners also voiced their complaints about the lack of attention from the staff. When we asked for utensils, the response was, "This is not your house, so don't act like it." This was not the only issue; when my father sought assistance, he was reprimanded and treated with an awful attitude. It’s completely unacceptable for a staff member to treat customers in such a way. I strongly advise anyone seeking good food and a pleasant experience to avoid this restaurant.

This restaurant was outstanding! I've never had food as amazing as this in my life. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the crab was simply delicious. The green beans were crisp and fresh, unlike anything I've ever tasted. The apple strudel was absolutely superb, especially with vanilla ice cream on top. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner, but be prepared to eat a lot!

After traveling all day, we were looking for a nice place to eat. Unfortunately, the bathroom was out of service and not clean at all.

As a vegan, I started with some fresh fruit like cantaloupe and edamame, then I created my own hibachi plate. When the chef asked if I wanted meat, I explained that I was vegan. He kindly offered me tofu, and another cook went to the back to prepare it for me. The chef was considerate and waited until the other hibachi orders with meat were complete and the grill was clean before cooking my vegan meal. I was truly impressed! I also enjoyed their sweet rolls and the hot and sour soups. They had an extensive selection of ice creams, from mint chocolate chip to sherbet, but unfortunately, they all contained milk. The venue itself is quite large, with plenty of seating, making it easy to accommodate large groups. We visited on a Wednesday evening at 5 PM and didn’t have to wait at all. Though our server wasn’t very talkative, they were friendly and promptly cleared our plates as soon as we finished. Overall, a great dining experience for everyone!

Not sure if they have expanded (in years not been here) but wow! eating was hot, fresh and tasty, and the staff was very friendly.
