Horrible customer service! Took someone over 5 minutes to take the car at the speaker’s order, then another 5 minutes or so to give him his order and while the drive through line wrapped around the building, THEY STILL DIDN’T TAKE THE NEXT PERSON’S ORDER UNTIL THAT CAR WAS GONE!! Once I got my order, it taste like the burger and fries were a week old
I just left the store and we were super badly treated. I'm pregnant and I went to buy a snack because my blood pressure is dropping, the attendant took a century to meet us and she simply looked at my hand and saw that I had money in bills and simply refused to place my order. she said she only accepts card. this is ridiculous!!!
All of the food (whoppers, whopper melt and fries) were lukewarm to cold. Had requested to have a whopper heated up in a microwave and was told their microwave did not work. Didn't seem too interested in any resolutions. Did not even suggest to make a fresh whopper. Guessing all burgers are pre-made and nothing is grilled on the spot. Cheese on melted whopper never melted due to burger being also lukewarm. French fries definitely had been sitting for awhile...not hot nor fresh. Had requested onion rings which they did not have. On a positive side...or is it, had no problem finding a seat...the place was pretty much empty at 5pm. Guess that should have been our warning of what was to come....
Dirty tables unsanitised as well as needing refurbishment! The soda machine was out of diet drinks the server we told whilst dining in did nothing about it. We won't be returning.
