Food is delicious Manager is very very disrespectful no class at all.. order a burrito which we didn’t like because it tasted under cook Manager came back like a savage yelling why we throwing food away, I told her we’re paying for it NOT YOU!! She told me to leave her restaurant Very nasty unprofessional Waitress horrible Act like they didn’t want to work Not friendly at all.. it was a great restaurant before This new management SUCKS!!!!

Rude, nasty, liars, beyond poor customer service, didnt even order food, contacted them by phone, to be yelled at, and told we were not welcomed there anyhow. ZERO customer service, ambition, or desire to serve customers, they open late, and was told, they are owners they will open when they want.... byeeeeee... you other reviews suck too...

Not for nothing try them out for the 2 time and it took 1 hour for a pastrami sandwich 3 people came after me with breakfast meal and they got their meal. its a simple sandwich I told the girl in the register that if they did not make it I want my money back she said it’s the kitchen that mess up could could not do anything is not her fault will be coming back sorry .

Worst experience EVER! I would give 1 STAR, but it 's not an option. I ordered online. There was a miscommunication with the hostess. She confirmed that my order would be ready in sixty minutes. I confirmed 6-0 and the hostess responded with a yes. I get to the restaurant and the dining area was empty. I was worried that my food had been sitting for a long time. The hostess at the counter had to have been the person that took my phone order because she didn 't understand when I was asking if the order had been sitting or just arrived from the kitchen. She got a second hostess to help. That hostess explained that they don 't leave food on the counter for a long time but I ordered an hour ago so that food was there for a long time with no heat source. I requested a remake since the food had been sitting for a very long time. The second hostess denied and directed me to a manager. My experience with the manager was WORSE than being told that my food would be ready in sixty minutes just to find out it was done a long time ago. I approached the manager with my concern and was wondering if the food could be remade because on the phone I was told sixty minutes. The manager is FURIOUS! She begins YELLING at me in RAGE. Not one time did she admit that her hostess was in the wrong. I, the customer, was being blamed the entire time. I mentioned that I could have chosen any restaurant in the area, but I chose this one. Never again! I hate to put race into it, but she wouldn 't even look me in my face as we were speaking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment to any black women that are not Hispanic. The manager offered to remake the food after I admitted that this is not how a customer should be treat for something they did not do. I left because I did not feel safe receiving food from them. I 've had the food before. It was my first time ordering via phone. The food is average. I 'm sure it 's all sitting in the back for them to microwave on the spot in the case of an order. I HAVE DEFINITELY BEEN TO BETTER MEXICAN RESTAURANTS!
