Smoothie King - Kirkwood

Absolutely horrible smoothie king. i’ve been here twice. the first time was after my shift and i had placed a pickup order since i had a class to get to in about 30—45 minutes. i get there and my order isn’t even there and a random lady comes out of the back after i stood around for five minutes. she then has no clue i placed an online order and fidgets with the register for about…hmm i’d say 20 minutes and then finally makes my smoothie. my second time and last time, is the fact i yet again pla … – show

Had a great experience in here today and the Friday before last. Each time there was only one person working and he rocked it!! He had to manage checking people out, online orders and making the smoothies. He was very efficent and even apoligized about the wait, even though I didn't have to wait that long. This guy deserves a raise or promotion, he definitely gets high quality customers service!

Place an order online at 7:30 am thinking the store is open. Only to get there and the store is closed. I come back at 9:30 am still closed. I just saw a comment from someone else who 2 months had the same situation happen to them.

Been many times and most times a good experience. Walked in today and an employee (logan i believe as his name) is throwing ice against the wall. I thought he would stop since a customer walked in but he just kept throwing.. mind u he is getting the ice from the same supposedly sanitary place they keep the ice for smoothies..i literally had to stop my order a few times and recollect my thoughts each time a cube hit the wall..he finally stopped when i informed the young lady taking my order that … – show

Not sure why there are so many low reviews. This place is awesome. Everytime I go in I always get what I ordered, and staff are always nice and pleasant to speak with. Love this place
