Pizza Cucina - Kirklees

The smallest kebab I’ve ever seen, not worth the £8.60 charged.. Chips cold. Waste of money!! I’ll not be returning

I ordered six pizzas at 6pm and was initially told they would be ready in 45 minutes. However, over an hour and a half later, after calling to inquire about the delay, I was informed they were on their way and would arrive in 15 minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and I called again only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. Unsatisfied with the wait time, I expressed my disappointment and was offered a £5 to £6 discount on my next order over £50. When the pizzas finally arrived, the promised extras turned out to be just a bottle of Pepsi. The delivery driver apologized and explained that they were very busy. While I understand being busy, it would have been more helpful to receive an accurate estimate of the wait time upfront. Pizza Cucina, you need to do better.

Disregard the 20-minute wait time provided over the phone, as it ended up being twice as long. The food is decent, but it is not worth the extended wait. It is advisable to ask the restaurant to provide a more accurate estimate of the wait time.

Quality pizzas!! Piping hot. Good price. Loads to try. Pasta also great! Staff are very friendly. Would definitely come again!

I had been working till late so called in here for a burger on my way home.. £3.70 for a cheeseburger and chips which is usually the going rate .. ordered cheese on my chips that came with the burger for an extra £1.50 ... was appalled £1.50 for a tiny sprinkle of cheese .. that was tasteless orange cheese (not mozzerella) like usual takeaways give you ... the burger was **** ... the bread was soggy due to the the limp soggy salad on it ...I couldnt eat it wont be back
