Im emergency personnel, after a long day of work, I drove as fast possible, got there 3 mins before close, asked super nicely I was starving didn’t eat for 8 hours I was willing to give 50$ tip I was so hungry everything closed. They ignored me locked the door and shut the lights. You guys have no respect for emergency personnel.
Went there for the first time yesterday and honestly the best customer service ever at Thai Express. Also, the food was fresh and delicious!
I genuinely LOVE this Thai express. Even if the order is wrong, it’s still worth it just for the customer service. The guys that work here are truely fantastic! Give them all a raise. I love these guys. Good energy.
