Understaffed, so long waits for anything.Food portions have been diminished while prices have gone up.Fish and chips were soggy/greasy.Fries had no seasoning whatsoever.Overall a huge disappointment of a meal. For 120$ for a family of 4 (without dessert) there are much better options on the west island! Disappointing birthday meal.Been to this restaurants many times for years now and sadly there's been a major decline on every front. Won't be going back anytime soon.Beyond that, lots of free parking.Kids meals are only for 9 and under.
It was for a delivery. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The fries were cold and hard.Is there a way to keep them warm?I have had delivery of fries from another restaurant in the same area of St-Hubert and their fries were warm and freshly cooked.
Ok. St Hubert BBQ is as good as always. But not the best. The service was not with a smile, but it was quick. If you are pressed for time, it is a good place to have lunch. The portion side, especially the chicken, is a lot smaller than it used to be, but with the fries, coleslaw, half a bun, and bbq sauce, it was enough.Lunch specials are available, and prices are competitive. This location was not busy but the meal came quickly.
Waitress made a mistake with my order however the problem was rectified quickly.Getting a little too expensive to eat there.
Specifically for deliveries :St-Hubert's only has 1 location in the entire west-island so your food will never arrive hot or fresh unless you live close to St-Charles Blvd. and Highway 40. Their food has gotten ridiculously expensive throughout the years and is simply not worth it anymore. Their fries are NEVER cooked properly and the food is cold when you receive it. Did you ever try to reheat chicken fingers? They become a soggy mess with soggy undercooked fries that cost you over 35$ with tip. 4 soggy chicken fingers with soggy under cooked fries for over 35$ because of the tip. Never ordering again unless they open other locations in the west-island.
