Mcdonald's - Kirkland

Very small, very busy. I've never seen more than 3 people working here at a time, when they probably need a minimum of 6 employees/shift. Employees are doing the best then can, but of course, things suffer when you're understaffed.

This location is poorly managed. The self-service kiosk was out of paper, and the staff seemed understaffed and poorly trained. I waited a long time for two coffees, and when I informed the counter employee about the paper issue, she just shrugged it off. The coffee I received was old and tasted stale. This isn't my first disappointing experience at this McDonald's in Walmart, which might explain why so many have closed down. It’s puzzling why McDonald's allows its reputation to suffer because of these poorly run locations.

Terrible experience. I stopped by McDonald's for a late-night snack and witnessed an employee stealing a child's Happy Meal. It might sound unbelievable, but I assure you it was the worst experience I've ever had at that unhealthy fast-food chain.

I waited 26 minutes for the chicken sandwich trio, and it’s supposed to be a fast-food place. The staff seemed very relaxed, taking phone calls and eating while on the job. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!

This location is closed. The McDonald's sign above the entrance has been taken down, and a tarp now covers the opening.
