Amir Restaurant - Kirkland

I am happy to share with you that when we, my significant other and I, drop in to the Amir Restaurant in Kirkland, Quebec, a suburb of Montreal, we are greeted almost like family. The staff is friendly with a good sense of humor. The...place is very clean and the food is nice and fresh. We order our Shish Taouk sandwiches and one of their many fresh varieties of salad and feel good that we know that our food is not only tasty, but healthy. The wait is not more than a few minutes and the price is very affordable. We drop by a couple of times a month. Yummy.

My husband and I tried the Amir on Pierrefonds Blvd for the first time and the last time. Don't bother going there. The food was not fresh, cold, hardly any condiments (marinated turnips, tomatoes and lettuce only). The place was empty at pm. The...bathrooms smelled bad. We were so disappointed because I know that there are Amir Restaurants at other locations who are very popular and serve good food.

This is a chain restaurant but this location is our go to place. The food always looks fresh and the place is clean. The constant stream of customers is a good indication that others agree that this place is better than average. The service is...always courteous and prompt. The variety of salads is very good. Would suggest this place easily over other locations (do not go to the one on Pierrefonds Boulevard).

When it's a night that no one feels like cooking, Amir is our go to. We had a garage sale and finished packing up around We were exhausted and hungry. Much to our delight we discovered they deliver! I called in our order and...it arrived about minutes later. They made a mistake and gave double rice instead of double roasted potato (I think everyone could just eat their delicious potatoes for dinner I called to let them know. They apologized and said they would send over extra potatoes. The driver arrived within minutes and also apologized. Every time we go to Amir for takeout the guys behind the counter are fast and friendly. Always a pleasure going there!

The staff at this location are always friendly with us! The food is nice and fresh and delicious! It is a bit expensive but we still enjoy it once and a while!
