There have been times when my chips and guacamole came without the chips, or when I received a burrito bowl missing items or mixed up with someone else's order. I honestly don't understand how they manage to get the to-go orders wrong every single time, even during non-peak hours. The staff seems either incompetent, inattentive, understaffed, or maybe all of the above. I usually just report the issue through the Chipotle app for a refund on the incorrect item, as it's not worth the hassle of going back to the store.
I placed an online order at 6 pm for a 7:20 pm order pickup. I get to the store and they don't have the order ready. Said they closed because they are short staffed.Why did you take the order in the first place? Corporate issue.Can I get my refund?You will have to call this 1-800 number to get your refund.So my food is not made and I need to find another place while my kids are hungry. And I need to get on a phone call with your corporate to get my money back?Goodbye Chipotle.
The food is good, but this location consistently closes randomly despite the posted hours. Closing at 7pm on a weekday is a bit early. Clearly not understaffed as I can count 8 employees packing up shop currently. When I asked the employee outside why they closed early he said “I don’t know”. Nice bud!
Ooohkay,Me and my partner used to come to this location every single day. The last manager was absolutely wonderful and would often comp our meals, just because we came in so often. Many of the employees knew us by name, and it was absolutely wonderful.Now, for whatever reason, there’s a new manager. My partner and I, along with many different people I know who used to frequent this location, all got very sick with some stomach bug after eating here. I had to stop coming here for months, out of fear I’d get sick again. I finally saw that a food inspector was at the location and decided to try it again.The problems don’t end there, though. It’s increasingly hit-or-miss on whether the location will even be open, and I’ve lost money on orders placed through the app that I couldn’t pick up that were never refunded. Though we’ve actually moved into the plaza (we used to live 15 minutes away), we no longer want to spend the time or energy going down to the location to see if it’s open, since so many times it’s not. On my most recent order, I found chicken in my sofritas, sour cream on my lettuce, and cheese in my guacamole. I am vegan and have a dairy allergy, so I had to throw out the food and lose out on money again. Customer support, which used to be great, is now essentially non-existent. I can’t seem to make a claim without having a receipt, which no one ever keeps.I am very frustrated, and sad, since we both used to love this location so much.
This location frequently closes without notice, and many reviews on Yelp and Google highlight this problem. Just a few days ago, I received a confirmation for my mobile order, but when I arrived, the store was closed. It seems to be a persistent issue with this location, so it might be better to drive to Bellevue instead.
