I’m upvoting this a bit, but the service has been impeccable. We got two entrees, both were good (not getting into Michelin anytime soon, but edible). I haven’t compared to other prices locally, but I’d say it’s a smidge on the high side (comparing to Bergen, for instance). Food quality was pretty good definitely didn’t hate anything. I have low expectations for chain hotels usually, but this was good. I’ve come back to restaurants like this at home and been happy. The staff was friendly and attentive, plus the food was good. No complaints!

Nice place, kind of. Food quality much lower than expected and service lacks motivation. Or maybe there was not enough staff, i don't know. Would not eat here again if it doesn't change significantly.

This is a very clean hotel. There is a fancy restaurant for nighttime or/and a bar to have drinks. The breakfast is spectacular Many dishes to choose from and delicious say the least!

I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating if it weren't for the incorrect information provided to us at check-in. We were excited for breakfast, but arrived at 9AM to find out that it had already ended at 9, despite the posted hours stating it was until 10. The hotel is new and the rooms are modern and minimalist. The staff was helpful with recommendations and there is a luggage storage room. I would recommend this hotel in Kirkenes, but suggest double-checking meal times with the staff.
