Customer service lamentable, following an order never arrived I tried to contact the customer service that has no number. You have to leave a message on their platform to be reminded. Results I remember more than 24 hours later by putting my word directly into doubt with a very familiar tone without looking to find what happened. So I go to the restaurant to clarify the situation there a pleasant and professional person receives me and we find together that I made an error in the delivery address. If I had been dealing with professionals right away we could have solved the problem together but 24 hours later and faced with amateurs so I lost 65€. I'll never use this platform again.

Watch out! This site is not reliable! We wanted to order, the payment was denied to us.So we went out to eat in a restaurant.Then, 30 minutes later, we received a call as what the payment was made and the restorer had prepared the order! I can't cancel! The restaurateur does not want to refund an order that he has prepared (and that understands) and the restomalin site is hiding behind the restaurant while it is the site that is in fault!
