Dorfkeller - Kippel

The chef cooks here - not only microwave food. It is a charming traditional tavern, complete with the local bar regular, with a few glasses after a long day in the mountains. The food was fantastic although it wasn't so busy. I had the pork my wife had. Good wine, too. But you have to pay for it... not cheap. Recommended by most locals

I love the carving. No other Americans in sight. Large traditional German food, a bar for young locals and family-friendly (my six and eight-year-old children danced on the Jukebox to ninety music). A real hidden jewel.

I can only recommend. The Cordonbleu in particular are very good. Really great service. Price performance is very good.

Visited to warm up before the hike. Enjoyed good coffee. Beautiful, artistic glass decoration.
