Wendy's - Kinston

We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before we were able to place our order. We also received drinks that were the incorrect size.

The food was okay in terms of temperature, but the dishes that stood out were very delicious and satisfying.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took me 30 minutes to receive my order, whether it was for dine-in or delivery through DoorDash. The employees were very unprofessional, slow, and seemed unorganized. I would not recommend wasting your time at this restaurant.

The guy who took my order was the only nice and helpful. the rest of the crew wasn't so nice to drive the customers and were rude at the bottom right

Updating my review. I went here a few months ago and it they seemed to be out of a lot of products. My last time here a week ago was much better and the employees were on point. Food came out great and customer service had improved immensely. So glad this restaurant seems to be back on track during the cold season as my family loves going in the winter for chili and baked potatoes!
