Hardee's - Kinston

I received the wrong order and spoke with Kwamane Moore, who encouraged me to come back to the restaurant. Upon returning, Kwamane personally presented a fresh batch of hot chicken, completely replacing my previous order. The customer service was excellent, thank you Kwamane.

The dining experience was disappointing. The customer service was cold and the lady at the window was unfriendly. All I wanted was a hot meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The meal we had at this restaurant was average during our visit. However, we were informed that they would not provide any change, so we would have opted to pay by card if we had known this beforehand.

Awful, eating is really good in the, but not this time, I guess everyone has a bad day?

Serving Fried Chicken again and it was delicious! The biscuit was nice and hot fluffy! The staff was very friendly!
