Arome - Kinshasa

What a let down this could be a 5 star restaurant but neither the food nor the service impressed. The decor and ambiance of the place promises a dining experience of world class cuisine but the product reminds you of a corner bistro trying to be fancy. The steak, though massive in size reminded me of shoe leather and the chicken as dry as the Namibian sand dunes. The only saving grace was the fantastic coffee otherwise they would not even get a single star.

The restaurant arôme is one of the best places to enjoy great eating. 5 stars for me.

Very good food. is friendly and explains what is served. many starters free. I found nissan excellent and enjoyed staying there. it is a bit more expensive than other restaurants.
