Mysterious beer, mysterious liquor, fun time! _Let me start by saying, it's one of my favourites.

LOVE this place! I'm on my third visit to Canada and I've come every single time.

We stopped by the Riverbank Cookhouse last fall on our trip back to the city after closing our cottage and we were hooked! Butter chicken poutine - a brilliant and delicious multi-cultural mashup. We've been through Kinmount a couple of times since and have timed our trips for Saturdays at noon when the restaurant is open (winter hours). Wonderful and friendly service as well.

We stopped here while snowmobiling. We had fish and chips and the burger. Both were excellent. The extra small serving of homemade tartar sauce was not enough but we were able to ask for more. They should serve a larger size in the first place. The slaw was also delicious. The service was friendly. The food did take a bit long to come out but it was hot and fresh. The only thing that wasn't hot was the gravy. The seating area is small but cozy. The only suggestion might be to have a shelf or area to put your helmets as everyone there was snowmobiling and had extra gear.
