The service and the food were great but the older woman who greeted us gave us a bad first impression of the place. That’s why only 3 stars as our first impression was not a friendly greeting and rather she was rather rude.

Jax seems to be a staple restaurant in the community.Staff doesn't seem to be as invested as they want to be or should beHowever, the food is good. There is some considerable wait times at timesI would say the reservation would be your best bet.

This is now the Goose, even though the website isn't updated. Completely different atmosphere and menu. The fish and chips was way over priced. The side dish flavours didn't meld with the main dish. It was very expensive for what it was.

The Muskoka wrap satisfied my wife but the perch dinner left me wanting the Jack burger I should have ordered. As always quality and service was excellent.

Wonderful place to dine out. Very charming with tons of character in a great location. Sat outside on top patio and even though we made reservation and we wanted inside, the patio was a good alternative. Our server was Jen and she did a great job, helping us with menu choices. Super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Food presentation was nice and menu had a good selection of choices.
