Khe Sanh - Kingston

I had no idea what to expect when I arrived at this restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised by the lively atmosphere and energetic crowd. The restaurant is not very big, but it was packed with families enjoying a delicious meal, most notably the crab noodles that seemed to be a hit among everyone. The food overall was great, with the exception of the oysters which I prefer from Gold Leaf. The dishes were traditional Chinese banquet fare done well, without any pretentious fusion twists. I plan to try the a la carte menu next time. It's a good option for dining outside of the Springvale centre, and the outdoor seating area is enjoyable on a warm night, although not so much during a sudden storm with strong winds.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for dining with a large group to sample a range of dishes. I have visited multiple times and have always been impressed - the service is friendly and quick, and the place is always bustling with activity!

Nice crab with ginger sauce, nice and fresh. A little on the bland side really needed some different flavours coming through. Quite a long wait for food, but would eat here again

It seems like Khe Sanh seafood restaurant has everything you could possibly want, so we will likely return to sample some of their non-seafood dishes.

My favourite dishes were the snow crab with goose liver (foie gras) pate and the crispy chicken. But there were many other dishes worth trying.
