Vampire's Burger Kitchen

Awful! Is all I can think of here to describe the food. For the price I would of expected a lot better but no the quality is terrible. Xl bacon double was not nice at all slapped together just warm. Quarter pounder not nice Kids meals plain hamburger was like a rubber sandwich, chicken nuggets were just warm and just ok. All chips were cold and floppy. Service points were a free for all and no organisation. For the price this was a very expensive meal and I been to many parks in my time and I know not to expect great things but this is absolutely awful and chessington should not be selling cheap food at huge mark up like that the quality of burger I think probably about 50p they tasted like the cheap Tesco value burgers you get 6 for like a £1! The baps them selves were floppy mess and bacon hardly cooked at all within the burger. Chips were so cold they begun looking like cheese strings they were so floppy!!! I have to say this is a very awful trick the food photos and appearance is made to look like and sound like it is Burger King but because inside the vampire area they just changed the name but this is far from BK at all. School canteen burger and chips are way better I expect! I would recommend not eating anywhere near this place at all!!!

We hadn't really got much choice in using this venue unfortunately as the fish and chips shop was closed. We needed to order a burger with no lettuce and mayo.....I might as well have asked for an organ donation! Staff attitude stinks ! We ended up having to order 1 meal and pay for it, then go to the self service screen to order the rest of our meals. £10.25 each was a bit of a shock too !

The restaurant is similar to McDonald's or Burger King but the prices are double. However, the kids enjoyed the food and there was not a long wait.

The food at this restaurant is highly overpriced! I visited with my family after many years, and I have to say that the food is just average with a limited menu. The prices were shocking! I don't understand why they think they can charge so much for food that only tastes average. Even Burger King or my local burger place offer better burgers at a lower price. I will definitely not be eating here again.

Great ride, even if in the 90's fast peak we were there and parked up to 10 clock on Saturday. we drove directly to the vampire driving queue. an hour later it was 70 minutes. his one of the next ones were driving at the entrance.
