After waiting for an hour, we called to inquire about our food and were met with rude behavior. The person we spoke with denied that we had called an hour ago and insisted that our food would take another 30 minutes. Despite explaining our situation and asking for our order to be expedited, we were told to wait another half hour before being hung up on. This lack of customer service was truly disheartening.
I ordered from a restaurant on Just Eat and waited for an hour for my food, only for them to cancel my order. I will never use this restaurant again. It was a terrible experience, very, very bad.
Tonight, I had the best mixed kebab ever! The last few times I ordered last year were not good, so I stopped ordering. However, I received a flyer through the door saying that the restaurant is under new management, so we decided to give it another try. It was the best experience ever, please keep it up! Thank you.
Have used barwell a few times now and never had any complaints. Always deliver in good time and the food it always hot.
Last order was wrong and my lamb shish went in the bin as the meat was as tough as old boots and tasted much the same, on top of a price increase. I've since learned the owner has taken over managing and is rude and refuses to refund. This is such a shame as the old staff did a great job and the food was always good. Will not be using again.
