The team at Hickory BBQ was absolutely fantastic! Steve was the most communicative out of all our vendors, always responding to my emails promptly. This level of professionalism helped us feel confident in our choice of caterer. The food prepared by the on-site chefs at our wedding was incredible - our guests absolutely loved it. The mashed potato bar was a highlight, with everyone raving about it. Hickory even accommodated special dietary needs with a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free vegetable lasagna. Murphy, our head server, was exceptional. She paid attention to every detail and her staff was helpful and coordinated. Our guests were impressed with the service. Steve and Murphy were both readily available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process.
