Panera Bread - Kingston

Mac n cheese was delicious and the bread is great. $43 tab for 2 ,till worker hovering when you're bypassing the tip option. 15% min option is pretty silly to be asking for off the bat for what the business model is.Prices are definitely high for being pretty much all self serve.

Unfortunately this will be my first and last time trying panara.I really wanted to like this place and was so dissatisfied with the quality of food and portion sizes for the high prices being charged. I had ordered the French onion soup and could not believe how terrible it was. the taste resembled nothing like French onion soup and more of a bland off tasting broth of some kind.I’ve had far better purchased at a grocery store so that says allot.I paid almost 60$ for 4 very small cups of soup and one sandwich.In all honesty I felt totally ripped off.I also don’t think this has anything to do with the staff working at Panara it’s not up to them as to what they charge people and the recipe they use for products.I would absolutely not recommend spending your money here as it’s not up to par with the prices you’ll be paying.

A bit expensive for cookies. The service is good and the place is nice and clean.

Very clean. We only ordered kids meals but they were both delicious. I also got a smoothie which was tasty. Needed an actual knife to cut the grilled cheese up for my kiddos, and they happily obliged.

Good and fresh food. Staff goes above and beyond to service you here. Best part is these guys give unsold goods to food banks at the end of day!!
