McDonald's - Kingston

One of my kumpels goes to a coffee every morning. I joined him to the coffee and a bite to eat. there was a pretty line-up at the counter, but the coffee was served immediately. maybe five minutes later, the food was served, and it...was hot and obviously only cooked, not by a heat lamp or whatever saved. I was here before and used the passage that is much faster and to my view, mcdonald's coffee is just as good as tim hortons, even though this thought might be sacrilegic.

We do not eat often at any mcdonald’s, but when we do it, it is at this place because it is very close to home. it is always a waiting. that was a consistent problem in the ten years that we occasionally went there. Today I was the NUR customer to order in the restaurant and yet again I had to wait and wait and wait for my food. the server apologised for waiting. I'm sorry, doesn't make for a $10 meal that contains cold hard frits.

It's a McDonalds.........customer service is not their goal any more. You get what you pay for, a teenager who would rather be texting than working

The burgers are good but sometimes they serve cold fries and could be disappointing...the drive through service is fast .

This restaurant has typical McDonald's food, but is usually disappointing. My wife and I eat there 2-3 times a month because it's convenient. However, the service is almost always slow. In fact, this is consistently the slowest McDonald's we've ever visited. Even if there is...no one in line ahead of you, you will often wait. The drive-through is given priority over customers who actually bother to enter the restaurant. As well, the staff often seem disorganized and lack any sense of hustle. Bottom line: allow extra time if you plan on going inside. On top of that, they almost always screw-up some part of our order and it's often impossible to find a clean table. We've been there when the restaurant is empty and the staff is standing around chatting, ignoring the dirty tables. It's McDonald's so you can't expect too much, but fast service, correct orders and clean tables aren't too much to ask for except at this location, apparently. Go there if you must, but if you have time and really want McDonald's food, I suggest that you try a different location.
