Honestly I don’t know what’s up with fast food costing so much in Canada, you can get ‘5 guys burgers and fries’ for the same price as like any burger at mcdolands or Wendy’s and it’s the same price but 5 guys will be 200% better than whatever you bought.

Honestly I don’t know what’s up with fast food costing so much in Canada, you can get ‘5 guys burgers and fries’ for the same price as like any burger at mcdolands or Wendy’s and it’s the same price but 5 guys will be 200% better than whatever you bought.

Food was as expected, nothing very special. Fries must have been sitting around for awhile, very cold. Kitchen was incredibly slow but front counter staff was very friendly. Was also out of stock on basics like dipping sauces, napkins and straws.

Staff are pleasant and service is quick. The food is normally top notch (even for fast food), atmosphere is light and welcoming. Location is not wheelchair or mobility Impaired friendly, second set of doors are very heavy and hard to open even for an able-bodied person.

Horrible service and dining experience. 1. waitress ordered wrong food even though I point out the food I want from the screen, she still ordered it wrong. 2. Super long wait time. It took us 35mins to get the food.. A NEW way to define Fast Food. 3. Price from the big screen is less than the price from the system. Check your bill before thr purchase.
