Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Pretty good place to eat, especially if u like chicken. My mom loves this place and is always happy with her food.

Dining indoors is now available, and they have set up a counter system where you place your order at one station. This is a good setup, but the food pickup area is located right next to the ordering station, with hardly any space in between. It might be more logical to relocate the ordering section to the register on the left, away from the pickup spot. However, the tables and drink station are nicely separated. As for the food, it was excellent as always.

I really think they need to bring back curbside pickup. Right now, you have to push through a crowd just to collect your online order.

The food was enjoyable. However, the busy drive-thru distracted from the people waiting inside. There was a woman in front of me who said she had been waiting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, but I think she exaggerated— it was probably closer to 3 minutes. Still, when you're hungry, it's important to feel noticed right when you arrive to place your order. That's why I'm giving them a one-star deduction. On the positive side, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Went through the location in kingsport and ordered a 10 piece tender and a large fry. Got a large sprite instead of the fry then when they tried correcting it I got a regular sized fry and I only got 8 tenders with some hard crumbs :
