Zachary Steak House - Kingsport

The experience of my family with Zachary's Steakhouse is excellent. We've been there long since we've never had bad food. You have the best bacon cheeseburgers everywhere and the steak is also quite good. It is a family-oriented atmosphere that you can see TV while eating your food. The TV programs are also family oriented. The owner makes rounds with the customers and we met his family, they are wonderful people and family oriented. Customer satisfaction is high on their list. We would recommend this facility to everyone, especially newcomers, so they can see what is really good healthy food! We eat here every opportunity.

This is a small family restaurant. Great if you are looking for home comfort food. I've always hated having my supplements in the plastic bowls, but it seems to be out here. Actually, the food was not remarkable or at least my meal seemed like that. They should be known for their steaks, but again it may have been a night as it was in the week.

I used to be here before Covid started and loved it, but just went back to the other night. The server was less interested in being on a sound basis. The food was moderate compared to what it was earlier. I ordered potato skins and they usually tasted like oil. Overall less pleasant than previous visits.

I was impressed. It was three in our party. Two Hamburgers ordered a vegetable beef soup. We were busy on Monday at 5:30. It seemed to take about 15-20 minutes until the food comes out. Both hamburgers had to be returned for more complete cooking (both were originally ordered well). There was another 20 min delay for the properly cooked hamburgers arrive, this time correct. In the meantime, the mosquito has finished eating with the soup. I don't think I've ever seen beef soup with hamburger meetings instead of meat pieces. It was more of a stew than a soup. It took a while before the check arrived. It could have been a lack of help both on the floor in the kitchen, but it seemed both table service kitchen service lacked. Some taste of the soup was missing. It could have been a free day, but I was less than impressed. I do not try to be a first bad experience a decisive factor. I'd go back for a second chance.

I had the large steak salad for the 2nd time. It's highly recommended by my coworker and it was delicious as always!!! I thought this place was a hardware store for 3yrs I drove by the area on my to and from work.?? Well I'm very happy she introduced me to this place! The location is so convenient to get to and each time we order from them folks, it's a very satisfying great chow experience. I saw my coworker's burger today and it was nearly 1 1/2 thick!!! Hands down delish!!! ????
