Wendy's - Kingsport

The service at this restaurant may be hard to come by, but it is still superior to other fast food burger joints.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The server, Karen, told the customers behind me that they didn't tip enough because I needed a few minutes to decide. She then gave me the wrong size frosty and argued with me about it. When I asked to speak to a manager, Karen continued to argue and was very unprofessional. I even called the restaurant to complain, but three weeks later, I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Today, I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and was asked to move forward to wait for my fries, which would take 2.5 minutes. No problem, right? However, after watching 4 more cars be served and leave while I waited for 10 minutes, I had to go through the drive-thru again to get my food because the lobby was closed. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my lunch, but waiting 10 minutes and seeing my fries put into another customer's bag before mine was delivered was frustrating. I shouldn't have been asked to move forward if everyone else was getting their fries before me.

The restaurant serves delicious and hot food, with a friendly staff that provides quick service. I am pleasantly surprised that a fast food chain actually lives up to its reputation for speediness.

I absolutely love Wendy's - it's my favorite fast food restaurant. I went there the other night and the food was fantastic. The girl at the drive-thru window was very nice. The service was incredibly quick. I enjoyed it so much that I went back again the next night.
