Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

Waited at the hostess station for nearly 30 minutes, never greeted. Never told a wait time or asked to wait. Only two waiting, it wasn't that busy. Saw multiple employees walk by, even walking up to the counter where we were standing to grab something. They could at least have acknowledged our presence. I've worked restaurant all my life, and even if they were busy, they should have greeted us, told us they were on a wait, how long the wait would be, etc. Nothing.... so after 30 minutes we walked out and went to Moto instead. Disappointed in Wasabi....

I chose this restaurant for my son's birthday celebration, craving sushi. They went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. The staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love spicy tuna in my sushi, and it's outstanding here. The flavors are perfectly balanced, adding just the right amount of taste without being overwhelming—fantastic! We tried four rolls: Manhattan, Crazy, Blackjack, and Spicy Tuna Rainbow, and I would recommend all of them. They have become our go-to choices whenever we visit. We also had gyoza on this occasion, which had a wonderful medium texture—not too hard or too soft like some places do. Lastly, we were served a generous portion of hot sake for about $8, which was a nice touch!

I came here for dinner, looking for Japanese restaurants that offer table-side cooking, and after reading some reviews, I chose this place. I was not disappointed! The food was excellent, the chef was hilarious and entertaining, and our waiter was extremely friendly. We had a fantastic time overall. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10!
