Starbucks - Kingsport

We ordered 2 large drinks, but they were mistakenly made in different sizes. Despite the mix-up, we decided to just take them. One drink was in a very large cup and the other in a tiny cup. We asked the employee at the window why this happened, and he explained he was busy with multiple tasks at once and did not realize the mistake. The drink we received was a milk frappuccino without any coffee.

The staff at this restaurant is definitely one of the friendliest I have encountered in a long time. They did a great job and I had a wonderful day. Many thanks for the excellent service!

The staff is always friendly and efficient at this restaurant. They serve the drive-thru orders quickly and are always helpful. I highly recommend trying their "Cranberry Bliss Bar" that they offer during the holiday season.

Absolutely love it here,,the drive thru is a little bit of a wait but the fresh coffee delicious blueberry scones and wonderful hospitality is worth the wait highly recommend.

The staff that was present during the first snow storm was amazing. They had to work out their own method to be able to keep all drinks made correctly and for the customers. I just felt like when we were going to all order five pink drinks their response stopped through the microphone and then the hesitation was then now since then I tried the dragon fruit and I like it. But def here my pink drink I got a week later
