As long as I have ate there when I’m in Kingsport this is worse burger the bread tasted old idk what’s happen to this place I use to get there steak bombs I stop cause it’s all bread only thing that was good was the fries was about it

In my opinion, you guys have the best burger and fries in town. I love the taste of your hamburgers and the way they’re prepared. I’m also glad to see lower prices for the burger and fry combo again since ownership changed hands. My only critique is that your employees can really be rude. The other day when I pulled up to the window to order, the guy who came to the window just opened it and stared at me. No “Hello”, no “Hi, can I help you?” nothing. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a busy night or not, there’s never any excuse to not be polite and welcoming to customers. The people of Kingsport are your bread and butter, without customers you’d have no business. Please just have a talk with your employees about kindness.

Sandwich was a bit messy, but it was very good. Fast service and great manners.
